This session will address the transformation of a global finance and accounting department through robotics and digitalization. Scott will discuss Chart Industries' transition from a traditional industrial manufacturing accounting department to a team that serves as global business partners to the business. Topics will include evaluation around advisory service providers, software options for robotics and other reporting, a comparison of outsourcing versus insourcing, and the process of introducing the transformation throughout the organization.
